License Types

Regular License (1 Website)

The Regular License allows you to use the Joomla template on one single website. This license is suitable for personal projects or for building a website for a single client. You may customize the template to meet your needs, but the license is limited to one domain or installation.

You are allowed to:

• Use the template on 1 website / 1 domain
• Customize the template for personal or client use
• Use the template for commercial or non-commercial websites
• Receive template updates according to the license terms

You are NOT allowed to:

• Use the template on multiple websites
• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the template files
• Offer the template as a standalone or downloadable product

Commercial License (Up to 5 Websites)

The Commercial License allows you to use the Joomla template on up to 5 different websites. This license is ideal for agencies, freelancers, and businesses managing multiple projects.

You are allowed to:

• Use the template on up to 5 websites / domains
• Build websites for multiple clients
• Use the template in commercial projects
• Customize the template without restrictions
• Receive future updates according to the license terms

You are NOT allowed to:

• Use the template on more than 5 websites
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the template files
• Offer the template as a standalone or downloadable product

Extended License (1 Website – Single Chargeable End Product)

The Extended License allows you to use the Joomla template on one single website that is part of a final project for which end users may be charged. This license is intended for developers or agencies who create a complete, revenue-generating website or online service.

You are allowed to:

• Use the template on 1 website / 1 domain
• Create one final project where end users are charged to access or use the service
• Customize the template as needed for the project
• Use the template in commercial, revenue-generating websites
• Receive template updates according to the license terms

You are NOT allowed to:

• Use the template on multiple websites
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the template files
• Sell or distribute the template itself
• Use the template in multiple chargeable end products

Important: Each license applies to one Joomla template only. All licenses are non-transferable and do not grant ownership of the original template design.

Support Policy

When you purchase support on one of our Joomla templates, you receive access to professional technical support for a limited period, depending on the support option selected at checkout. Support is designed to help you use the template as intended and ensure a smooth setup experience.

Support Duration

We offer three support periods that you can choose from at the time of purchase:

• 3 Months of Support
• 6 Months of Support
• 12 Months of Support

Support coverage starts on the date of purchase and expires automatically at the end of the selected support period.

What Support Includes

• General questions about the template
• Help with template features and options
• Guidance on using included components such as Helix Ultimate and SP Page Builder
• Bug fixes and issue resolution related to the template
• Clarification of documentation and setup instructions

What Support Does NOT Include

• Assistance with installing the template
• Customization beyond the template’s original features
• Adding new features or functionality
• Third-party extensions, plugins, or services not included with the template
• Issues caused by custom code, server configuration, or hosting environments
• Content creation, design changes, or website building services

Template Updates

All customers receive access to template updates, including bug fixes, improvements, and compatibility updates. Updates are provided regardless of the selected support duration.

Support Expiration & Renewal

Once your support period expires, you will no longer be eligible for technical assistance. However, you may extend or renew your support at any time by purchasing an additional support period.

Renewing support does not affect your existing license or usage rights.

Response Time

We aim to respond to all support requests within 1–2 business days. Response times may vary depending on request complexity and current support volume.

Important Notes

• Support is provided only to the original purchaser.
• Support requests must be submitted through our official support channels.
• We reserve the right to refuse support for requests outside the scope of this policy.
• All support is provided in English.

Installation Service

We offer an optional installation service to help you get started quickly and correctly. During checkout, you can choose whether you want us to install the template for you or not.

Installation Options

✔ YES – Installation Included

If you select YES, we will install the template on your server using one of the following methods, depending on your preference and project requirements:

• Quickstart (Joomla Quickinstall)
  A full Joomla installation including the template, demo content, and default configuration. This option replaces any existing website on the target domain.
• Simple Template Installation
  Installation of the template only, with:
  • One template style
  • One basic SP Page Builder page
  • No demo content or additional sample pages

Installation is performed on a clean Joomla installation or on a server provided by the customer.

✖ NO – No Installation

If you select NO, no installation will be performed. You will receive the template files, documentation, and all required resources, and you are responsible for installing and configuring the template yourself.

Installation Requirements

• Valid domain or subdomain
• Hosting access (cPanel or FTP)
• Database credentials
• Compatible Joomla version

Required access details will be requested after purchase if installation is selected.

Important Notes

• Installation service covers one website only.
• We do not install or configure third-party extensions unless included with the template.
• Content replacement, data migration, or customization is not included.
• Installation does not include design changes or feature modifications.
• We are not responsible for data loss caused by existing installations.
